From the JR Aizu Wakamatsu Station, take Chuodori (中央通り). The building will be on the left side of the street after it has become Shinmeidori (神明通り). About 20 minutes on foot from the Aizu Wakamatsu station.or 15 minutes on foot from the Nanukamachi Station.

Park at the Yamasho Parking Lot (山正パーキング), or the Shinmei Park 24 Parking Lot (神明パーク 24),or the Shinmeidori Dai 1 Parking Lot（神明通り第1駐車場）, or the Takakoyuryo Parking Lot（タカコ―有料駐車場） . The AWIA will give you a ticket for free parking valid at these locations when you visit.
